Making hot chocolate dip, then we had a taste test dipping Nilla wafers, pretzels, potato chips, and Scooby Doo crackers in our hot chocolate dip.

Cottage Grove Assisted Living had a 12 piece string ensemble. They played many classical pieces as well as a few we knew from movies; such as "Somewhere Over the Rainbow." We are so lucky that the East Metro Symphony Orchestra shared their talents with us.

In January in Minnesota, residents made snow globes, thoughtfully recreating the snowy scene outside—just smaller, sparkly, and without frostbite. It was the only snowstorm they could shake, admire, and enjoy without grabbing a shovel.

We have had a musical holiday at Cottage Grove Assisted Living! The Park High School Chamber Choir came to perform their holiday program for us and the Cottage Grove Strawberry Fest Royalty sang Christmas carols and brought cookies and cocoa!

Nothing says Christmas like carolers! 🎶🎄 Our residents loved singing along and soaking up the holiday joy at our Hudson community. Thank you for spreading so much cheer!

Resident Party has been changed to December 23. Santa’s helpers did drop off treats everyday last week, every resident received a little gift. More Christmas celebrations coming soon.
