Blaine I celebrated New Years toasting in the New Year, counting down and watching the ball drop at 12:00 noon instead of midnight. Kids from Blaine High School came and helped us with a casino party and Hors d’oeurves. Residents were able to cash in winning tickets from the games for a chance to win prizes. Happy New Year from our family to yours.
