April 27th – Wisconsin Managers volunteered at the Chippewa Valley Habitat for Humanity ReStore in Eau Claire.
It was hard work including scraping hardened carpet glue off concrete and hauling 2 big truckloads of heavy furniture from 1 location to another.
What a great group of managers - not a complaint heard but total teamwork and positive attitudes which made it all fun and worth it.
Residents decorated hats with Sandy our activity Director for the Kentucky Derby last Saturday May 6th.
All our friends from Sunshine Learning Center came to help us celebrate Helens 106th birthday! They even brought baby chicks to share with the grandma and grandpas

The group picture is a few of our residents that were interested in a tour at our local Historical Museum. It brought back many memories from their childhood about the Kraft State Bank robbery in 1931.
Our residents are getting some exercise! Our Gracewood family takes time out every morning to do their work out with the help of good music, laughter and noodles! Of course, there is always the temptation to give a housemate a little tap on the head with a noodle!
These are the two baskets we are delivering today (one for April and one for May) to the fire departments.
