White Pine of White Bear Lake-Fun Activities

Santa has left the building, but the festivities still continue on at White Bear Lake!

Come join us for some fun activities in January to kick the winter blues away.  We are honored to have the St. Paul Winter Carnival come to our community on January 26th where the King and Queen will crown two of our residents.  We will also be having Music with Tony on January 6th and 20th to keep the spirits high and on January 29th we will be pampering ourselves with Satin hands to keep the winter chill out!

Gracewood of Hugo-Christmas Party

The Christmas Party at Gracewood of Hugo was spectacular.  The fabulous menu was prepared by Vickie, our cook, and John from Upper lakes Food.  Piano music was played by Sonda Jacobson.  Later, we all sang Christmas carols around the piano.  The evening concluded with a visit from Santa Claus and gifts for all the residents.  Many family members joined their loved ones for this festive occasion.

Gracewood of Hugo-Celebrating the Holiday Season

The residents of Gracewood in Hugo started the holiday season by decorating whimsical Christmas trees for their rooms. They had a wide variety of stickers, foam ornaments, and garland to decorate their trees. Mary, one of our faithful volunteers, came to assist the residents with decorating their trees. Mary also returned the next week to finish up trees with residents that didn’t have time to make them the first time.

Gracewood residents also decorated Christmas cut-out cookies during the holiday season.  They had different colored frosting and a wide variety of sprinkles for their cookies

Comforts of Home of Chippewa Falls-Annual Christmas Tea

Wally Hurt shared his musical Christmas toys with us.  We enjoyed snacks and music.  And of course, we enjoyed a visit from Santa Claus who hand gifts for everyone.
