Residents enjoy a residential atmosphere surrounded by nature, where families can visit easily and daily life feels calm and connected. Our expansive green space not only creates a tranquil environment but also gives us room to host some of the best community events that bring families, residents, and the wider River Falls community together. While the Kinnickinnic River is nearby, our campus features its own beautiful falls and water feature, offering tranquil views and a relaxing backdrop for daily life. Charming cafés, shops, churches, and cultural events from UW–River Falls add even more warmth and purpose, making our campus a truly special place to call home.
River Falls Memory Care & Men’s Memory Care:
Built in 2014, River Falls Memory Care & Men’s Memory Care provides a calm, structured environment for individuals living with advanced memory loss and those approaching the end of life. The community features 40 rooms, including 13 private rooms within a dedicated men’s memory care setting. Some individuals living with dementia experience behavioral or social changes that can make a traditional co-ed environment feel challenging or uncomfortable. Our dedicated men’s memory care provides added structure, personalized support, and an environment where residents can feel safe, understood, and at ease. Every team member is trained in Teepa Snow’s GEMS® model, supporting relationship-based care that responds to each resident’s cognitive abilities, emotional needs, and individual preferences. Through meaningful engagement, positive daily routines, personalized support, and collaborative hospice partnerships, our specially trained team is committed to preserving individuality and surrounding every resident with dignity, comfort, connection, and respect.
